In 2022, a group of students and grads at the Harvard Graduate School of Design got together and convinced Culture House to collab on an application for the 2022 Boston Public Space Invitiational.

Maitlyn Lang is the Design Manager at CultureHouse. An interdisciplinary designer from San Francisco who graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a Bachelor of Art in Architectural studies, Maitlyn designs from a place of joy, creating functional spaces and objects that are playful and center human interaction.
Sonny Xu is a Chinese Canadian architectural and landscape designer based in Cambridge, MA. He is currently a project designer at STIMSON. With over seven years of professional experience, he previously worked as a senior designer at Stoss Landscape Urbanism and as a designer with Mohsen Mostafavi Architects, FxCollaborative, and Epiphyte-Lab. He completed his graduate studies at Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2018.

Jialei Tang is a multi-hyphenate architectural designer, investment strategist, and management professional based in New York City and Hong Kong. She has worked in architecture, finance, merchandising, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and real estate. Jialei graduated with a Masters in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2023.
Liz Cormack is an urban planner and experience designer based in Boston, MA. She currently works as an Associate Urban Planner at Agency Landscape + Planning. She previously worked as a product designer and user researcher, most recently for the City of Boston. She graduated with a Masters in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2023.
Madeleine Levin is an urban planner based in New York City currently working for the City of New York. She was previously a Senior Project Manager at the Long Island City Partnership, a neighborhood economic development non-profit in Western Queens. She graduated with a Masters in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 2023.
